Why are my records not showing up on the dashboard?

There are several reasons why your records will not show on the dashboard:

  • Customer wasn't captured
  • Refresh record - the customer never went through the widget
  • If they are on the wrong project
  • If they are on the wrong environment (sandbox/production)
